If there is a space, there is a way. The client wanted to redesign tand redefine the current space into a botique multi-purpose room. The restrictions on ceiling height meant that we could not legally call this a livable room, but that would have no bearing on the clever design plans implemented for this project. Plumbing already existed in the space, it was about rearranging the internals to achieve the best possible results for contained living. New windows, a new french door, re-configuration of bathroom and new kitchenette with living/bedroom space has completely transformed the space. A clever selection of materiality as well as intentionally highlighting the existing elements, allowed us to achieve a unique final product. Currently under construction - watch this space!
